Fills of followed entities after a cursor

Polling alternative to the WebSocket: fills of your active subscriptions after the cursor, oldest first. Start without a cursor, pass next back until null, store the last one. Free. Kept 60 days (truncated = part of the range is gone).

Cursor block (exclusive with sinceLogIndex). Default 0.

Allowed range: 0 <= x <= 4294967295

Cursor log index. Default 0.

Allowed range: 0 <= x <= 4294967295

1-2000, default 500. Out of range → 400.

Allowed range: 1 <= x <= 2000
