Terms of Service

Last updated 23 October 2026

These terms govern your use of pmwallets.com and its API (the “Service”), operated by an independent developer (“PMWallets”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

PMWallets derives trading statistics for Polymarket wallets and entities from public Polygon blockchain data, publishes a leaderboard, delivers fills for the entities you subscribe to over WebSocket and webhooks, sells one-off exports of an entity’s trade history, lets you unlock the wallet address behind an entity, and offers monthly plans that bundle some of these with a browser extension. The Service provides data. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past results of any wallet are not a guarantee of future results.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use prediction-market data where you live. One person, one account.

API keys. An API key acts for your account: it can do anything that spends your balance (subscribe, buy exports, unlock addresses), but it cannot create or revoke keys or change your webhook, which need a signed-in session. Keep keys secret. Anything done with a key before you revoke it is treated as done by you; there is no spending limit other than your balance. Revoking a key does not cancel the subscriptions created with it — cancel those yourself. Changing, stopping or managing the card of a monthly plan needs a signed-in session.

3. Prepaid balance and billing

4. Trade-history exports

5. Wallet address unlocks

6. Real-time delivery

WebSocket delivery is best effort: a fill sent while you are disconnected is not resent, and each message carries a sequence number so you can detect a gap and fetch the missed fills through the API. Webhook delivery is at least once, with up to three retries, so your endpoint may receive the same fill more than once and should de-duplicate. Subscriptions, exports, unlocks and API use are subject to the limits shown in the Service or its documentation.

7. Monthly plans and the browser extension

8. Acceptable use

9. Data accuracy and availability

The blockchain is the source of truth; we decode it as carefully as we can, publish our attribution rules and show measured delivery latency, but we do not guarantee that any statistic, ranking, price or delivery is complete, timely or error-free. Chain reorganisations can change past data. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream outages or reasons outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and derived datasets belong to us or our licensors. You may use the data you receive for your own trading and research. Underlying blockchain data is public and not claimed by us.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time; ask support to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse. On closure, any remaining prepaid balance is handled under section 3.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced in the Service.

14. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of PMWallets lives, without affecting any rights you have under the mandatory laws of the place where you live. Questions: [email protected].
