Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026
These terms govern your use of pmwallets.com and its API (the “Service”), operated by PMWallets (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
PMWallets derives trading statistics for Polymarket wallets and entities from public Polygon blockchain data, publishes a leaderboard, and delivers fills for the entities you subscribe to over WebSocket and webhooks. The Service provides data. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Past results of any wallet are not a guarantee of future results.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use prediction-market data where you live. One person, one account.
3. Prepaid balance and billing
- The Service is prepaid. You top up a balance by card (through Stripe) or by sending the exact amount shown for a crypto order to our deposit address on the network you chose.
- Subscriptions are billed per hour from your balance at the price shown when you subscribe. Any started hour is billed as a full hour. When your balance cannot cover the next hour the subscription pauses; it resumes when you top up and choose to resume it.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future hours. The hour already running is not refunded.
- Crypto orders must be paid with the exact amount displayed, on the displayed network, before the order expires. Deposits that do not match an order are held and reconciled manually; contact support with the transaction id.
- Top-ups are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the Service. Card disputes are handled through Stripe; a disputed amount is removed from your balance until the dispute is resolved.
- Prices may change. A change applies to new subscriptions and to existing subscriptions when they are next resumed after a pause.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, redistribute or publicly mirror the data feed without a written licence from us.
- Do not scrape the site, circumvent rate limits, share sessions, or probe the Service for weaknesses.
- Webhook endpoints you register must be yours and must point to public addresses.
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful where you or we are located.
5. Data accuracy and availability
The blockchain is the source of truth; we decode it as carefully as we can, publish our attribution rules and show measured delivery latency, but we do not guarantee that any statistic, ranking, price or delivery is complete, timely or error-free. Chain reorganisations can change past data. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream outages or reasons outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and derived datasets belong to us or our licensors. You may use the data you receive for your own trading and research. Underlying blockchain data is public and not claimed by us.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time; ask support to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse. On closure, any remaining prepaid balance is handled under section 3.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be announced in the Service.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PMWallets is established, and disputes are subject to the courts there. Questions: support@pmwallets.com.
