Plans and billing

Plans, balance and what happens when either runs out.

Two ways to pay

  • Pay as you go, from your balance: hourly live fills, one-off addresses and trade history.
  • A monthly plan, which includes all three up to a limit. Signals and radar come with Pro and Max.

  • Card or balance, one at a time. A card plan renews. A balance plan lasts 30 days, is paid up front and never renews by itself.
  • Upgrades apply at once after payment of the prorated difference, except during a trial. Downgrades apply at the next period.
  • After a paid plan ends, what it unlocked and its push keep going for 48 hours, then stop. Trials and plans ended by a refund or chargeback have no grace period. Push never moves to hourly billing by itself.
  • Addresses unlocked by a plan are visible while the plan is active or in its 48-hour grace period, when applicable. Addresses you bought stay yours.

Free trial

Base is free for 7 days with no card, once per account, for accounts that never had a plan or trial. Exports are not included.

Hours the feed was down

An hour in which push was not running is not charged. A charged hour with under half of it covered is refunded to your balance.

Balance and currency

Pay-as-you-go purchases and balance-paid plans use the same prepaid account balance. Everything is priced and charged in USD; the ledger records it in cents, and the API quotes it as priceCents. Topping up in yuan converts once, at a fixed rate of 6.5, and is credited as cents. Yuan is a payment option; USD prices still apply. (A quote also reports price.cny for that reason; the cents figure is the one you are charged.)
