What each error means and what to do.

| 401 | The key is missing, invalid, or deleted | Use a valid key |
| 402 | Out of balance. The body carries priceCents / balanceCents (priceCentsPerHour for a subscription) | Top up and retry |
| 402 | address_not_unlocked: subscribing to an entity whose address you do not hold | Unlock it first |
| 403 | Past the daily distinct-entity allowance (unlock, subscribe, export) | Wait for 00:00 UTC |
| 403 | A wallet outside what your tier may open | A subscription opens any wallet on the board |
| 409 | The entity has had no fill in 7 days | Resend with acceptInactive: true |
| 409 | You already subscribe to this entity | Cancel it, or use the one you have |
| 400 | not_sellable: the range is under 30 days, or we hold nothing for it | Widen the range |
| 400 | Already at 200 active subscriptions | Cancel one first |
